Ahem.

Anyways, the few of you who follow me (and the even fewer of you who actually care) might have noticed (probably not) that I have been rather inactive as of late. I'm not going to lie, I am effectively on hiatus. For a while now, I just can't seem to find it in me to actually sit down and write even just a little bit. I've never been one for writing, really, regardless of any praise or recognition I get for my work (which I do appreciate, by the way), but even then I would at least be able to bounce some potential story ideas around in my head. Lately, though, I haven't really thought about continuing my writing or starting a new story, nor do I want to. The creative spark in me, barely flickering as it was, has all but been snuffed out.

Honestly, I think I have gotten... kind of bored of ponies (*gasp*). It is unfortunate, but I believe I am about reaching that point where my interest in the fandom is becoming saturated. That's not to say I'm going to outright quit the fandom or even my writing—I still quite like ponies very much, thank you—but for now I'm going to take a break, selfish of me as it is. I apologize to those of you who were looking forward to updates to my two as-of-yet unfinished stories, but you'll simply have to wait, even though I don't exactly know when I'll return to writing.

*sigh* Who knows, maybe things will change when Season 5 comes around.
