Hello guys! Al here.
I've got a lot of good news. First the next chapter is coming along great, and second if you can't wait for that I worked with another author on a small part of his latest chapter. If you'd like to pass the time between chapters give Firesight's Five Star Service - A Gentleman for Mares Tale a read. My bit is a tiny part of the latest chapter (look for the guy that goes by the callsign Nightlife), but the whole thing is fantastic. A few words of warning for the unaware, the story is part of Demon Eyes Laharl's Gentlemenverse and reading the original story first is highly recommended. Also both stories are very mature, so if that's not your thing than your mileage will be very short unless you are willing skip sex scenes—which is perfectly viable—for the awesome worldbuilding. If you do read the stories and like them make sure to give DEL, Firesight, and any other Gentlemenverse writer you latch onto some love and tell them JourneymanChronicler sent ya.

You wrote one story and it went gangbusters. The Gentlemanverse could definitely use another writer with serious talent like yourself. In any case, thanks for being a pal and collaborating with my friend.

I honestly don't know how I managed that, really. My best guess is sheer luck.
They might be disappointed. The story I have in mind is really only tangentially associated with Gentlemen. Of course, I suppose I will have to write Nightlife's story eventually. His character grew quite a bit due to this collab, and I've grown fond of him.
