Today, I have finally finished Part 24 of Dark Descent. I had a bit of trouble with the chapter as the accursed writer's block had set in, but hopefully I'm over it. Hopefully.
In other news, I have decided that I'm going to try a romance series that will feature the Mane 6. I was originally writing a romance/gore fic, but have abandoned the idea, considering I kind of already have a gore/light romance/dark/action/ whatever else fic going on. Considering, it will be my first full blown romance, it will probably be a bit before I actually submit it. I have some reading to do specifically romance stories. So if any pony know of any real good romance, comment and tell me please. They say the more you read, the better writer you become. To write a good romance, I think I need to read good romance.
So help a brony out please. Thank you!

Perfect On Paper, A History of Long Nights and Blood, Facets and Flaws, Composure, Twilight's List.
I recommend you put FlutterDash in there. Those stories are usually interesting to read.
"The Games We Play" by AbsoluteAnonymous is one of my favorites. It is more than just a romance as it is also a look into how characters think and the masks we all wear. Worth a read if you ask me. Here is a link.

I also like "A Sweet Taste of Cake" by The Descendant which is interesting due to it being primarily about a pairing of minor characters.
"The Incredibly Dense Mind of Rainbow Dash" by Chengar Qordath is one of the more "funny" romances if that is what you want to do.
"Where Your Heart Is" by Cloudy Skies and its prequel "Where Earth Meets Sky" are worth a try.
As you can see I prefer my stories with Pinkie in it. Hope this gves you some good ideas
