I hope I'm doing this right and everyone sees it · 6:27am Dec 25th, 2014
First, thank you to everyone who read my story already. I never expected to get such a large response to my first story! You've actually made it hard for me to keep up with all the notifications I've been getting from this site! It fills my heart with joy to see my work appreciated.
In light of that, I've done some pondering about EPCCST (Earth Ponies Can Cast Spells Too - yay acronyms) and how to expand it. I had a lot of fun writing it, and I'd love to delve into this universe and see where it goes. I've decided I'll try my best to turn it into a full-fledged story!
Now, I can't promise regular or timely updates, but I can promise that I'll do my best to make sure the writing and editing is done properly. It took me more than a month to plan, write, and review this part. Between work and finishing my degree, I won't be able to spend a lot of time writing, but I'll do my best. I've officially changed the status of the story to "incomplete."
I know my writing is lacking in many areas. Hopefully, this will be an adventure for all of us and my abilities will improve as we go along. I'll be adjusting my style slowly, to keep the story flowing as best I can. As before, I'm open to any and all constructive criticism. I'm still learning, after all, and that's how we learn.
Thanks for reading everyone! Your encouragement is greatly appreciated.
Excellent.
*re-shelves the tales in an overly dramatic manner.*
I look forward to whatever else you provide for our reading pleasure.
Yup, you tagged the blog post correctly. Good luck!
I'm glad to hear you want to continue your story. It has serious potential with World Building.
Acutally the idea is 1/3 of victory. And your idea is one of the best possible.
The rest are characterization and a good reassembling of time flow - which are only formality...
