Well, the title says it all. At least, all without you have reading my last blog post. I got a phone call last night from my friend. If you haven't read the last post, you won't know that this friend was given two weeks to live the day before yesterday. Immediately after the phone call dropped, I burst into tears. Tears of sweet relief. The doctor had just called him to inform him that they had found the cause of his ailment, and that they had a cure. Apparently, it was a simple deficiency of... Something I can't pronounce or ever hope to spell. They had simply overlooked it during the initial testing. He has begun treatment for this deficiency, and it has already begun showing results. Like I said, I can tell everyone that I cried for quite a while, without any fear of losing face. If I lose face over something like this, I won't even care.
This also made me angry. The doctors overlooked a basic deficiency?! Fucking seriously?! That aside, I'm still going to write the story. I've already started on it, and there's no way in hell that I'm stopping now.
