1) Starwing: The Wonderbolts get a new recruit: Aeon Starwing. He proved to the princesses that he has what it takes to handle anything life has to throw at him, but when the Griffons, lead by the tyrant "Brutus" want to take over the Kingdom, the Wonderbolts heed the call! After barely protecting the castle against a powerful onslaught, the wonderbolts decide to take it to 'em! They must get to Brutus and shut him down, before the Griffons win the war...

BONUS: The name "Starwing" was actually inspired by the official starwing competition, which was a tournament to see who would reach a high score at the end of the game. Here is a copy of the game in its Japanese Cartridge, and the logo.
2) P-Zero: Blazing Iron is a racing Pegasus who like to take it to the extreme, proving each time that he's always been the fastest. When his old friend from flight school, Rainbow Dash, decides to race in the "P-Zero" Competition, he has alot more to prove than just his speed: That he's faster than the fastest Pegasus ever! And with his Rival "Redhoof" appearing, and the wonderbolts taking up the challenge, He's got a title to win...What was that about the Shadowbolts???

3) Buck-out!!: A young earth pony, Little Beat, has always been picked on for being smaller than the other ponies, but when a "bucking" match in the little leagues open up, he proves quickly to the world that he can do something greater...
Soon, he finds a retired coach, one that helped the current champion of the bucking sport, near Las Pegasus, and proves to him what he can do.
Together, they'll both prove to the world that they're nothing to snuff at, and that if they put their heart and soul into something, they can make it anywhere...

4) Kid Pegasus: A young colt, Pit Cloud, wishes to achieve his ultimate dream: of becoming a royal guard for Princess Celestia. With his stature, though, most often take him for granted. He's a good flier, but a terrible warrior. But he'll do anything to prove to the Princesses that he has what it takes! So the Princesses give him a chance, by working with Shining Armor, His hero! Together, they'll show the princesses that he's gonna be the best guard they've ever had!

5) Rex: A Diamond Dog's Tale: Rex is the Alpha Diamond Dog. He can lead the entire army to raid any town they pleased, knowing fully well nobody can stop them. But what happens when he finds a map to a ancient ruin, that is said to be filled with mountains of gold and jewels as far as the eye can see?
He takes it on, that's what!
Finding this place all by himself, he'll do anything to take all the gold in the ruins for himself, and be the richest and most powerful Diamond dog to ever exist! This was inspired by...
6) Rex's World: After Rex's trip in the ancient ruins, he find a little black gem along with everything else he found. He orders his minions to throw the stows into the treasury for safe keeping. But soon, monsters appeared from it! What's Going On! Rex's new CASTLE! It's been taken OVER!
Now he has to beat up these stupid creatures, and take back what's rightfully his, along with saving his Diamond Dog Brethren

SSBB Campaign
-Tabuu has been revived after a terrifying defeat and has landed in some part of Equestria. He recreates the subspace emissary. The nintendo characters featured in the campaign eventually make their way into the world of Equestria in different area such as Appleloosa, Manehattan, Canterlot, Ponyville, etc. Enemies (bosses) return too. Everyone stops evil and avoids becoming trophies, that's all I can say.
