A good question, a necessary one. · 10:15pm Nov 19th, 2014

Alright followers, read and read well because I want to make this statement and I want everyone to understand it.

The other day when I released the most recent chapter of my Fraudulent Hack Epic I was feeling pretty well chuffed with myself. Not that I could see how it was doing, for whatever reason my statistics won't show, but that's beside the point. Anyway, I got a private message from one of my new followers asking me a very important question. I answered him, and now I'm going to tell you what he asked and my responce.

He asked "Will you finish Manifest Destiny?"

It's a question that I get all to well, because it's happened to me all too often.

You're reading a story, and you think "Hey, this is pretty great!" and all of a sudden you get a blog post that says "Oh, sorry everyone, I got writers block, so this is cancelled." that happened to me once. Or maybe you're reading a story and you think "Hey, this is pretty great!" and then it stops updating. So you wait. And wait. And wait. And after they don't get online for a year you finally start to think that maybe they aren't going to finish their story. Or maybe you're reading a story, "Hey! Pretty great!" and then at what the author says is the last or second to last chapter they just stop. they're still on the site, but they've unceremoniously dumped their story. I've been there a lot. And it sucks every time.

So, will I finish "Manifest Destiny?"

Absolutely. I will finish 'Manifest Destiny', or I will die trying.

If any of you ever feel like I've stopped writing, send a message, and I'll give you an answer on where I'm at. I've had good story's just stop arbitrarily enough to know that I don't want to do that to anyone else if I can possibly avoid it, and also I feel like the only way I can get it out of my head is to put it to the page. All these guys are rattling around in there, and they want out.

There is however, a but at the end of this statement. I will finish "Manifest Destiny," but I don't know when. I'm a busy guy, and my editor is also a busy guy, so updates are going to come at the same random rate as always. also I'll never say "Coming soon" or anything like that again. the last time I said that, I ended up publishing the chapter I intended to put out that weekend two months later.

Alright, I gotta get back to work, thanks for your time.
