I realize I don't make many blog posts, but I'm very flattered to have Summer On Fire translated into French! A kindly French author is translating and posting it on a french fiction site:

It's very fun to see my fic in another language. I know a bit of basic French, and it's fun going over certain parts to see how they look. The reviews are probably the most interesting! There are a lot of the same confusions as to the descriptors I used for Spitfire early on, especially her clothing (bras and panties especially), and my penchant for using 'breasts' instead of 'teats' or the like. And this French site being less Clop friendly, there are lots of comments about being disgusted with the sex scenes, which made me laugh a bit.
I'm a pervert, sorry France!
I find it ironic that a French fimfic site would find clop offensive, considering the reputation France has of being a nation that is rather open sexually.

Seriously, don't let the comments get to you. Being bilingual, and after searching for french sexfic sites for years, believe me, there are not many of them. And when, by chance, I found one... well, let's say the spelling of the fics make me glad to be bilingual.
