Neh, in all seriousness, tis' an interesting little piece of story you'd surely like.

As y'all should not know, today -And the next two days counting from 7'th November-, there's this thing called 'The Manga Saloon' -Best translation from Spanish to English.

'Oh, what is that?' I hear your brain asking. It's a little convention, held over at the little capital the island I live on, once each year; dedicated to Manga, Anime, certain Cartoons, and Comics.

...And other nick-nacks, such as League of legends, Magic cards, videogames, and so on. Yes, that kind of stuff.

Why did I popped over there? -Because I was invited by a friend, and because I wanted to go there and ~~burn everything down~~ see that with my own eyes, since I've never went to one before.

So. We went. The size of the place was, more or less, a large Warehouse, with two floors. Top one dedicated for the shops, and a piece of it dedicated for a little stage, where a few singers... Sang. Or however it's written, and a lower one, dedicated for more 'Artesanal' nick-nacks, and little japanese-style restaurants.

The first thing that catched my attention, aside from a large space dedicated only to Videogames -Such as Minecraft, Street Fighter, Super Smash Bros Brawl -And Melee, the one form Game cube, for some reason-, and a few others, was the fact that I, with my beautifull eyes, spotted a little shop in the middle of nowhere that sold... Tun dun dun dun duuuuun....

...Of course, my first reaction was to buy it.

The guy in the shop, my friends, and a few bystanders looked a me with the face of 'Wtf are you buying mate'. I couldn't hold my grin though, since tis' the first -legit- figure I get that's related to MLP.

I was also a bit confused with them. I had assumed that I left clear my opinion b'out what we all write / Read about here to my friends, but meh. They didn't cared much. Plus, I got it relatively cheap, paid 16.95€ for it, being it probably veeeery rare on this island, and exported from somewhere.

Sadly, the cash I had to spend was limited, and couldn't get myself the extra T-Shirt of the Main-Six that was included with it. Demnet.

Anywho', one sweet shopping round later, I carried my Derpy in her box -for safety reasons-, we had a quite interesting trip there.

Aside from the unusually large quantity of Cosplayes -Ones more hilarious than others-, the strange -Yet interesting- people I've met there, and interesting shops, it was still a good trip. No regrets, aside from not having enough cash to spend on a few other things I found interesting. Such as the T-Shirt, the other figure about Octavia that was there, and a sweet-looking Steampunk glasses, hand-made... that costed 90€. That's around 140~150$, 'less I know nothing about transactions.

Just to mention it, my friends spent 100€ in other nick-nacks, such as posters of Hatsume Miku, a few Manga's... Mangas... However it's written too, and two T-shirt with customized images. If I remembered wich ones they asked for, I'd post e'm down, but I forgot. :D

Also, when we were leaving, it started raining. The universe didn't liked that I got my hands on Madame Ditzy Doo, and decided to ruin our marvellous escape. But it wasn't enough, since she was protected inside a box, inside plastic bag, that I shielded with my shirt.

...And then poof, here I am, writing on this keyboard, with a Derpy figure staring at me from over the screen with one eye, the other one looking to the ceiling. Totes worth it. She's also of the size of a fist, and a little big bigger too.

So, where do I want to end with this overly-hyped post?

That if you want to go to a convention, bring three times the cash you were planning to bring. You'll friggin' spend it all on things you won't regret buying.

...And that it'll rain after you get them.

AND. that if you decide to share them with your lil' cousin, she'll be kind enough to leave you be more often. Hue hue hue.
