-Despite some roughening around the edges, he is a heroic incarnation
-Co Leader of a faction of mostly benign Kaiju
Mothra Lea

-Daughter of the 1990s Mothra who fought Junior's father
-Can be a bit frantic at times, but is very kind, gentle, and extremely protective
-Co Leader of the 'Defender' Faction alongside Junior
Anguirus
-Ancient guardian beast created thousands of years ago
-Gruff at times, but is very loyal and means well
-Member of Junior and Lea's faction
Rodan
-Another guardian beast made a bit after Anguirus
-Physically and mentally youngest of the team, so he can be a bit rash or act without thinking
-Member of Junior and Lea's faction
Xenilla
-Heavily altered 'clone' of the 1990s Godzilla, effectively his son
-Scheming and known to be dangerous. Often battles it out to Junior
-Leader of the Mutations faction
Destroyah 
-Prehistoric lifeform mutated by the weapon that killed the 1954 Godzilla
-Known to be bloodthirsty and extremely dangerous. She also as a bit on the crazy side before Xenilla recruited her
-2nd in command of the Mutations
Monster X 
-Kaiju previously under control of an alien race called the Xilians
-Past and history almost completely unknown, has amnesia
-Old war friend of Gigan and Megalon
Gigan
-Cyborg Kaiju previously under control of an alien race called the Nebulans
-Gets along fine with X and Megalon, though the latter can get on his nerves
Megalon
-Cyborg kaiju previously under control of alien race called the Nebulans
-Gets along ok with X, and since Gigan is the older Nebulan cyborg, Megalon sees Gigan as his older brother
-Very powerful, but noooot the brightest kaiju
Hyper Gyaos
-An albino descendent of malfunctioning guardian beasts that turned rogue
-loosely leads a flock of smaller normal and 'Super' gyaos
-Driven by an unending hunger
Slattern, Otachi, Leatherback, and Knifehead
-Hail from a parallel dimension called the 'Anteverse'
-Less intelligent than normal kaiju, but cunning nonetheless
-Used as attack dogs by their alien creators
Grand King Ghidorah
-Tens of millions of years old
-Roamed the cosmos, finding civilizations to destroy and feed off their lifeforce
-Caused the dinosaurs to go extinct
Hedorah
-Alien species that feeds off of toxins and common pollutants
-Only goal is to spread its toxins, multiply; destroy all in its path
Gaira
-Brutish and gluttonous
-Has a powerful healing factor so he comes back often
-Will follow near anyone with the promise of lots of food, though he eats mostly for enjoyment
Legion
-Alien species that behaves like ants and lives to conquer new areas for hives
-Main one is their kaiju sized Queen, who can call forth dozens of car sized soldiers
One should add the note of possible love interest of comic book villainess Mane-iac to Gigan's summary :P

Actually... Slattern is (officially) around 596 ft tall when fully upright and apparently 392 ft in a quadrupedal stance, while in this fanfic Godzilla is about 100m (so ~330 ft) tall. Slattern actually towers over Godzilla.
Btw I'm completely disregarding weight because tbh kaiju weight is retarded and totally arbitrary.
On a somewhat related note, that puts the jaegers firmly in regular kaiju range which does make them a reasonable choice for an anti-kaiju fighting force.

: If this story was made into a T.V. series, who would voice the kaiju? Now, we already know who voices who in MLP:FiM, but who would be your choice voice actors or actresses to play Junior and the rest of the gang?

I suppose I wasn't giving Slattern enough credit when you put it like that.
It's just when you take into account Godzilla's healing factor and atomic breath, it creates a quite the power gap.
However it's important to note that the Kaiju in Pacific Rim are basically bio organic weapons. So every time a Kaiju from that universe is defeated it's masters take that data to improve the next version. A practice that regrettably showed terrific results against the PPDC's jaeger program.
So given enough time it's quite possible that a Kaiju could be engineered to be the perfect counter to any opponent, even the king of monsters

Godzilla Junior : Not sure at the moment on a good example that fits mental image for pitch
Xenilla : Ditto, abet I see his speech pattern being more accented and slier than Junior, in similar vein to Scar from Lion King
Rodan : Nolan North definitely works, alternately it be Michael Rosenbaum (Flash/Justice League)
Anguirus : Mr. Richardson is good, but I'd say more in line with James Horan (Wheel-Jack/Transformers: Prime)
Mothra: I'd say a mix of Ali Harris (Lady Palutena/Kid Icarus and Super Smash Bros) and Wendee Lee (Leona/League of Legends)
Destroyah : Closest I can think of is Karen Strassman (Shyvana/League of Legends)
Monster X : Spot on
Hyper Gyaos: Gina Torres (Phyllis Crawford/ Hannibal, Airachnid/Transformers:Prime)

As you can pick up, I am quite a huge Transformers fan, and as for Megalon and Hyper Gyaos, I still don't know about their voices yet.
