Fan fic Project

I'm working on a crossover fan fic titled "The Arrogance of Man" The story is a humanized universe of MLP and includes Kaiju. But what's different is that the main Kaiju characters like Godzilla, Mothra, Rodan and Anguirus are humanized. It won't be a Kaiju turns into a human and able to change back into a kaiju scenario like how the fic "The Bridge" has Kaiju Ponified and able to change back to Kaiju (love that fic by the way). No im going about this a little differently. It will be Human's turning into Hulk sized semi anthropomorphic Kaiju The story will focus on Gojira Jr. and the mane six (mainly Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy), not including his father. The reason for this is that in his past, I needed Jr. to be afraid to open up to others because of his mutation. he is a target back at home and flees to the humanized equivalent of Equestria. There he is taken in by Princess Celestia, who was an old friend to Gojira Sr. She doesn't know about his mutation so this is gonna be eating Jr alive inside. as he is growing up, Mutants begin popping up all over the globe, infecting certain humans, making them into transmutants. Now the world is in panic, so in certain cities its been approved to have scanners that scan for internal radiation readings to find any mutant.. Now how the humans and this universe works is like this, the world has magic in it, but they have gone pretty industrial but still have monarchies. the humans are split into three races to match their pony counter parts. For earth ponies we have Earth-Borns. Their magic is to be more in touch with nature. They are also capable of great strength. For pegasi we have Valkyries, humans with feathered wings and able to control the weather. For Unicorns we have Elves, humans with pointed ears and are able to control magic. What about Alicorns? well they are called Avatars, they have both feathered wings and pointed ears and have the ability of all three races. Avatars are not Gods, but are believed to be closer to God by using their power for good.The story is meant to follow Jr and how his life have gone wrong from a young age to his teenage years, I want to tell the story how one act at trying to control nature and the natural order can have consequences. Jr. has the power to destroy anything in his path, soon he will be granted a power to become more Kaiju-like, able to take down buildings with ease. The story will try to follow the canon of the television series but may have a few different turns and may not mention a few episodes. There will be some high school life for Jr. and the mane six but I won't go the equestria girls route. I'm thinking of changing their high schools into a three year requirement to graduate. not sure but the mane six do live on their own, well the exception is pinkie pie, but due to how they were able to support themselves in Equestria. I'll figure it out. There is a love-interest in this story. I made up my mind, its going to be Twilight Sparkle. How does that sound twilight? I'll do my best to develope this, and to make this the next best shipping next to GojiXLuna, GojiXBlade Dancer, and Spider maneXTwilight.
