So today while I was walking home from school I saw somebody getting..... Hit on, I guess is the right choice if words. By a bunch of guys. The lady in question seemed quite desperate to get away, so I decided to yell at them to get the fuck away from her.
Now, they weren't exactly large or muscular, so I was fairly sure I could take at least ONE of them, and that was all it took. I clapped one of them across the bonce when he tried to give me a jab. That caused every single one of them to retreat and run away. I felt pretty good with myself. But afterwards I was asked the weirdest question by the lady. She asked me why I'd helped her.
I want you guys, to make sure that you never ask yourself that question when you help someone. Don't do it with some ulterior motive. Do it because it's the right thing.

I pretty much always have an ulterior motive when I do anything. It just so happens that, when I'm helping someone, that motive is, 95% of the time, "Because I'm not a fucking douchebag".
And they say there's no good people among Mankind.
