Presenting my toddler's contributions to one of my Oneshotober stories.
I'm glad he can't read yet. "Daddy, what's clopfic?" is a conversation I'd prefer to never have.
I do nothing of merit. On occasion, I give the impression of being creative, but this is a deception. I am merely derivative in clever ways.

One-shotober is a good way to burn out, just be careful okay?

I've done NaNoWriMo three times before (though only finished it once). That's potentially more writing than this.
Granted, if I did Oneshotober and then followed it up by making TBTK, Home Sweet Home, or Foundations my NNWM project, that might be too much. But I don't think I'll be pushing myself that hard.

I'll just leave this here, then.
I do have to say that everyone I know who participated in One-shotober last year burned out pretty hard, including the very small number of people who finished. This is why I am just asking you to be careful with yourself. It would rather stink to see you burn out.

I think the issue will be less burnout or flooding the site with badfic and more I'll wind up just not finishing because I keep wanting to extend an idea out further and do more with it.
Like how the story in the screen cap was supposed to be a quick scene of teen Rumble & Scootaloo's first time, and has turned into 1600 words of them being awkward at each other and they're only just now getting towards actually doing anything.
