Laptops Are Hard To Steal · 12:18am Aug 22nd, 2014
So I finally managed to get my hands on a laptop that I can use to access Fimfiction.
No, I didn't rob a shop, jeez! I just 'borrowed' a family member's laptop. Wait, you didn't hear why I don't have a laptop of my own? Well, basically, I've been traveling. Because I'm awesome, I get free travel almost anywhere in the UK, so I like going all over the country to visit friends and family and then send postcards back to friends back home. A couple of months ago I visited Mr101, if anyone even remembers that.
Sadly, this time I left my laptop charger on a train, and I really can't be bothered to head up to Scotland to reclaim it. My laptop's literally falling apart anyway, so I decided I might as well invest in a new one since I've got university upcoming. Probably going to splash out on an Alienware one or something (They're so shiny!)
Anyway, onwards to actual business. I'm supposed to have the next chapter of About Last Night out, but I've literally not been able to work on it, which is more than a little frustrating. All my work has had to be done on paper, which is even more frustrating because it's meant that I've had to start new projects, something I really didn't want to do. But God dammit, I'm not going to go a whole month without writing a word.
So what can you expect from me in the near future? Well, I don't really know... 
I mean, it's 1am, and I've snuck downstairs to use a laptop. I'm at my Dad's, and he's never liked my career nor hobby choice (both involve me sat at a computer). It's difficult to feel entirely comfortable in this house, which is one of the reasons why I never came down to live here, even when it would really have been the sensible choice. Oops, I'm going on a tangent! Anyway, yeah, I really don't see myself doing anything much on Fimfiction until September. I'm currently trying to wrestle with University Accommodation and keep family members happy (Unlike some of my siblings).
Which is frustrating. Very frustrating.
Regardless, I'll see what I can do to get the next chapter of About Last Night out, since that's top of my priority list. After that, I have at least two one shots I want to publish, and then FINALLY get round to Spike's Rainbow Dash, which has been continuously knocked down my priority list. That's probably more because I'm trying to decide the finer details of where I want the story to go. Perhaps that's for a later blog, though.

Lack of structure messes with me. If you thought sleeping Noon-8pm was bad, now I'm just sleeping non-stop. Currently sleeping 12-14 hours a day. Went to bed last night at 11pm, woke up at this afternoon at 1pm.

Your body is probably trying to compensate for your overall lack of sleeping.
And you just need to find a job which doesn't require a schedule. Or you can have no job and live under the bridge.

A job without a schedule sounds amazing. I'd love to be able to just do all my software developing on a laptop and just go traveling while I'm on the job.
