And it is complete! Well, more or less. I might do some more work on shadowing, might fix the contrast with the background.

It might seem trivial to a lot of you. I mean, it happens almost every day, I know, and for most it's probably not even something to shout about. But to a newcomer to FimFiction like me, it's come as a great achievement. When I first started writing here in April (Wow, time sure flies!) I never imagined I'd ever write something that so many of you would enjoy enough to give it your support. I write pretty niche stuff after all, in my opinion at least.
I'm glad, I'm happy, that I've managed to write something so many seem to enjoy as much as I enjoyed writing it. It's not much, but in celebration, here's the completed cover art. This one's for you guys. It wouldn't have been possible without your support. Thank you for helping me keep my hands on my keyboard and my heart in my writing.
I'll be honest with you all, I'd never have imagined it would be with this story. I had always imagined that, if it were to ever happen, it'd be with 1KVM inching ever so slowly towards the mark. And, this is just me voicing my absolutely pleasant surprise once more, I never thought a story I wrote entirely on a whim to clear my writer's block would be the one to hit the mark first. Obviously, I should get writer's block more often. Come to think of it, at the risk of sounding like a horrible boast, all three of the stories I can consider even remotely successful by my easy-to-please standards, namely 1KVM, Legendary Legends and now this, All Butlers are Gentlemen, were all stories I wrote on a whim with no actual premeditated planning, stuff I just wrote entirely for fun. And it seems to work. I guess the take-home message is - just write what you enjoy writing, love every moment of it, and it'll all show in your work.
Then again, I have 15 stories, 3 of which are HiEs, and they happen to be those same 3 stories. Maybe the real moral of the story is, in fact, HiEs are all I'm good for? XD
Anyway, here's me making like a broken radio. I repeat, thank you, everyone, for making this possible. You guys have double double doubled the fun!

Well, writing what you love is most important it seems, even if it is something for which you had zero plan. Sometimes those are the things that our true writing ability pops out of in every sentence. Just loving to write!

Final product looks good, having a changeling Nurse Redheart will be interesting to have in the story, but I posted some critiques in the last blog post if you want to take a look.

Yes, that is indeed Iron WIll, who had a brief guest appearance in the recent chapter (though hasn't been made a ninja-maid-knight yet). Though the pic certainly shows it is going to happen.... now if you don't mind, gotta somehow see if I can fit this scrubbing brush and soap into my brain to wash away the image of IW in a maid outfit *second in horrifying imagery: first goes to Maud's MLP in the 1kVM story*.

2377089 Yes. I kind of had this feeling that I was writing something I didn't feel like writing when I did my EQD contest entry. It came out okay but I just couldn't feel satisfied with it. Now I realize it was because I wrote it because I felt I simply needed something to enter into the competition, as silly as that sounds. Well, lesson learned.
And yes, this picture contains ninjas. But they're so good you can't see them. Yet.

2376923 When I posted the WIP drafts, people's attention were drawn to the the handheld pony launcher he had. Now I post the completed work with him in a maid uniform and suddenly the pony launcher just fades into the background, unnoticed.

To answer your second question, yeah, I've thrown money at the screen too to try and get more animations from that guy quicker.... might be something wrong on his end.
As for Ditzy, yeah, she is a momma-supreme when it comes to her little Dinks (and in some fanons Sparkler there too). Heh, I imagine Dinky might use such knowledge to her advantage, say if her Mommy starts being her usual clutzy self, she puts on the fake waterworks to spur Ditzy on to do her best.... suddenly the mare's focus is sharper than a katana!
