So, hi. This isn't goodbye, no. But... well, before that, I'll explain my absence for the people who are interested.
I kinda... sorta... um... lost interest in the show...
To be more exact, I was a more interested in other things when I had free time. Different things. Wonderful things, in my opinion. Not that this isn't wonderful, but my activity on not just this site, but, well, MLP is a super minimum. For example, I haven't really bothered to watch more of Season 4... I was thinking of getting around to it, but then I realised I hadn't been here in a long time, and people who were waiting on updates for certain things are probably feelin' slightly disappointed.
You guys might be a little more disappointed to hear that I'm still kinda not interested.
I don't really feel like working on any of the things I have left unfinished... I've actually forgotten where I'm at. The Recluse, to me, actually felt a bit like a bad idea later on. I was thinking, "Whoa... my imagination's getting the better of me... she wouldn't go on these adventures... no way, man..."
And Deadpool... it's just a harmless crossover... nothing necessary.
{WHAT DID YOU SAY, AUTHOR!? OOH, YOU GONNA FEEL MY WRATH SOON, DUDE! SOOOOOOOOON!}
*Sigh*
I actually wouldn't mind working on Deadpool's story. But uh... not right now.
I don't remember if I actually mentioned this, but I had an idea for a fic. That's uh... still under my consideration.
Here's the bottom line... I don't think I'm the writing type, it feels more like I started this for two reasons.
1. To sorta amuse myself.
2. To see if I was amusing... or if I was gonna get laughed at. Either way, at least people'd laugh.
But reading... it's rather nice. I think I'll read. I'll possibly write on the side, but... I am no longer a dedicated updater.
You can decide I have no need for my writing privileges... but you ain't takin' my lightbulb away... no sirree.
Regardless... I can't say I didn't have fun. It really was a lot of fun to do this. And the good feedback was actually really nice, so... thank you guys. Really. Thank you.
TL;DR, I ain't cut out for writing, I was born to hurt my eyes reading text about technicolor equines because life's weird like that. But those couple'a years of strange little worlds I made with these fingers and this keyboard... that was fun.
Anyway, I'll see myself out...
