Well the Halloween stuff is in stores and the Halloween season has unofficially begun. I figured I'd take from now until then to share some of the stuff on my incredibly long list of spooky/cute things with you all. Every few days from now until then I'll discuss something, such as a comic book, cartoon, movie, short animation, video game ect. that is both-

Drawn in a cutesy, cartoonish style

And

Features monsters, has a general Halloween/macbre theme, or is deceptively dark/edgy.

For today I'll just leave you with this short animation of lonely ghost befriending another ghost.

Or maybe the one ghost posses the other ghost. And maybe the second ghost is actually two ghosts. It's really not clear.

Also sorry about two blog posts in one day. Won't happen again.

Uwahhh!
She's so cute.

And it's totally a ghost possessing two animated, self-aware shoes. Their short life was far too fragile to hold her powerful human spirit. So in the end, they were ground to nothingness in the wake of her overpowering need to dance. It's all very existentially horrifying, really.

Adorable though!
