Original Ideas

I don't know if I already said it, but the stories I'm writing were part of my life before I became a brony.
I'm basically ponifying my own creations, so I thought it might be interesting to know where the ideas came from, since most of the things I had to adapt to make sense in Equestria.

I would like to talk about the fact that I attached a freaking horn to the head of Nemo. The name Nemo is also from the original story, and Crafted Shadow was then called Markus. And I wanted Markus to freak out Nemo the moment that he awoke in the medical wing of Cerberus, this is something I kept like it was. But instead of Fluttershy staring the crap out of him, I used a nurse called Anna who beat the crap out of him with Nemo's medical file.

Anyways, Twilight used to be a bearded old man called Baurus who was only introduced after Lawrence (Clashing Steel) had given Nemo a tour through Cerberus.
Yet, what Baurus did was kind of the same. He ripped a bone out of his ribcage to make a wand for Nemo, since that was tradition and a way to learn magic.

I wanted the wand to be a temporal thing like the side-wheels of a child who just learned how to ride a bicycle. Later in the story his fingertips would be removed, exposing the bones and be sealed with iron rings around it to keep it from healing.

As soon as I started writing KAMI, I started to ponyfy The pages of the Necronomicon in my head, and that was the first change I made. And it was actually the easiest thing to do.

Anyways, I just thought I share this. And if you like I can post more of those original idea things.
