On Hiatus

As the very small amount of you watching my profile and story, Redshift, may know, I haven't been writing in a while. Don't worry, I'm not quitting the story, I'm just putting it on hiatus until I finish up "The Hole" - which may have its name changed later on, or in the next minute - I don't know. Oh, and I've also been on a vacation for the last week or so, just got Netflix when I got back, and now have another vacation scheduled. Gah, busy, busy, busy >.>. Anyways, if you're following me and are actually reading this blog post, please tell me what you think of about the following - ... not really a synopsis or excerpt, unless I have a narrator... Help me find out what to call this too, haha! - of "_____" (name is open for suggestions).

1) As one of the last remaining [insert race name for underground ponies here - Mech Pony? - I'd like to keep it to one word though.], you live a cold, hard life. Being one of the few that were not tasked to guarding Tartarus from invaders, you have grown weaker than most of your kind as you approach stallionhood. But beware, there are those hiding in the shadows that have been hiding the truth from you. Your greatest enemies may be your greatest friends, as your life-long friend(s) start to betray you. This is the cold, hard path of the Brony, the pony that is destined to overcome ponykind's greatest fear: _______.

Meh, not sure if it's what I want, but if you think I have something going, then tell me. Also, what do you guys 'n' gals think of this synopsis? Also, I'll call this one "The Hole"

2) As an 'average' scientist, you don't make as much as you want to. But when the man in the wheelchair comes to you, asking if you'd be interested in a trans-dimensional program, you readily agree to try it out - even if the man is crazy, at least you have some hope at gaining an absolutely gargantuan amount of money. But what do you do when you're ripped into a new universe... six feet underground, where only one can hear your screams? Oh, don't worry about it. That one, yellow pegasus might just be able to help you in time... That is, if she can overcome her fears.

As you might have seen, I have numbered the ... well whatever the first one would be called, and the synopsis. Please tell me what you think of both of them, and add in a few extra comments and suggestions.
