Dear Princess Celestia, this is the last of the reports you've asked me to fill out and send in, but its also the hardest one to write. Rarity did not arrive for dinner until quite late, and in the end things got a little... personal. I will say that your advice has come in very handy, the conversations I've had today have made it easier to talk to my new friends about sensitive issues. As always, your Faithful Student Dusk Shine.

Close relationships: Mother, Cookie Crumbles. Father, Hondo Flanks. A younger sister, Sweetie Bell lives with her most of the time due to her Parent's constant travel. She considers AJ a Dear friend; Rainbow Dash a challenge to be overcome; Pinkie Pie is a energetic outlet for her creative flare and is very close with Fluttershy, the two often having spa days together.
Personality: A lover of all things artistic and beautiful, she pours herself into the creation of art and appreciates anything others present to her whole heatedly. As a sad mirror of this however, she is obsessed with finding the spotlight of any situation that doesn't require hurting someone else.
Skills and Quirks:
Design – As a creative diva, Rarity loves to design almost everything from Clothing to Art, going far out of her way to make sure things are kept clean, organized and shown off to their utmost benefit of the item itself. She has shown such a love and dedication to this kind of work she will study the methods used to creative the item in the first place just to make sure her work keeps the item as realistic and showpiece as possible.
Magic – A powerful mage in her own right, Rarity's skills mostly focus on finding gems and carrying things both delicate and heavy. But I've found that with even simple prompting she can follow my lead to copy most if not all of my own spells.
Pride – Unfortunately for all her good features, she hates anything she considers below her. The result of this is that she will often accidentally insult others when confronted by a task she feels below her making her come off as vain and unwilling to help others when she is simply showing distaste for the work itself.
Wealth – While her work keeps her busy for so much of her time, I've come to discover she is on her own incredibly wealthy, easily able to sustain her own lifestyle and to take care of her little sister without assistance from her parents for the rest of her life without ever considering working another day in her life. While this is due to a spell she discovered as a young mare that lets her find gems, it's also a testament to the quality and quantity of her work.

** - She does all these jobs full time, yet makes more then enough money from them all to easily retire this very day and never worry about her little sister's care or future.

I have a feeling how Dusk found out about Rarity's cutie mark, however, how did Fluttershy know? She was the one to say that her necklace looks like her cutie mark.
This might explain why Celestia originally sent two tickets and why Dusk was told to bring a date. She might want to
interrogatehave a private discussion with Rarity (who she will assume will be his date.) I will admit. I always thought Celestia sent two tickets to Twilight in 'Ticket Master', because one was for her and the other was for Spike.2355983 while it isn't established in my story yet, it is in the main show cannon that Rarity and Fluttershy visit the spa together often.
