Dear Princess Celestia. Fluttershy was... this afternoon... lunch was great, and once she is comfortable Fluttershy is a great friend to have over. However she is also so slow to warm up and also so easily frightened back into her shell. It made answering some of these questions more about guess and what she whispered while hiding behind those think pink bangs. Never the less I can only say that give time to relax, she is the sweetest filly I've had the privilege to talk with. As always, your Faithful Student Dusk Shine.

Hair: Long and Vibrant Pink with matching bangs often worn over her face to use as a shield of sorts.

Bust Size: 48 GG** Pinkie: She is so shy. You should have seen how scared she was when she has to ask Rarity to make her a customized Bra the poor thing.
Occupation: Animal Shelter Veterinarian
Scars or accessories? As with Pinkie. No visible physical scars or jewelry. But whatever has caused her crippling shyness clearly left its mark.
Close relationships: Like Applejack only with pet owners this is really one of the only times the poor dear ever comes alive. When it comes to an animal's health she is like a mother bear. For friends though? Dash, AJ and Pinkie all apparently have been working for the last two years to help bring her out the quiet shell she lives in. Briefly dated Big Mac at AJ's insistence. She and Rarity go on girl's days to the spa and for lunches.
Personality: Extremely introverted, she will keep to herself and avoid doing anything to draw attention to herself most days up until she is confronted with a animal or a friend in need, when suddenly she becomes a powerhouse, showing strength unnatural for a Pegasus. Deeply empathetic, she can often figure out what others are worried about from only a very brief conversation.***
Skills and Quirks:
Animal Care - A easy to see link considering her job, Fluttershy has great knowledge of almost all natural species in Equestia, good enough that when I tried tripping her up with questions from one of the library's animal health books she quickly started correcting things that even the book had wrong forcing me to abandon the test of her knowledge.
The Stare - While I have yet to witness this myself, its been rumored when really angry, or when protecting someone Fluttershy has leveled a glare upon both other ponies as well as wild animals. With even AJ backing up the story of how she started down a wild boar, I am taking this talent at face value, because while its something she can do at will she is very reluctant to do it to someone innocent.
Flying - Oddly, for a Pegasus, Fluttershy is the weakest flyer I've ever met before. It's rather startling, and I have yet to find any proof she ever passed her basic flyer's graduation as a filly. Pinkie: She never did, but don't tell anyone Princess, she is really ashamed of it.
Sewing - Recently I've discovered that while she doesn't do much, she has a real talent for sewing that while not as creative as Rarity still stands out as being quite impressive. On occasion she is called in by Rarity to assist her in larger projects or when a rush matter is at hand but she refuses to ever take any public credit on the matter.
Music - Though none have ever seen her sing, she clearly is a talented conductor. Able to train a flock of birds from dozen's of different species to sing in harmony together and creating quite a beautiful song that I've never heard matched before. One wonders if she might have a talent for song herself if she could be coached from her shell.

** - Thanks to Pinkie Pie for this info. As expected, Fluttershy continued to refuse to speak loud enough to answer this one herself. At one point I do believe she was whispering something about too big but she was so soft she might have been saying GG as Pinkie as stated.
*** - After taking the time from when Pinkie left until Fluttershy arrived to look though some Psychology texts it's clear both fillies have some major issues. I hope to be able to look into this further in the future to see if I might help even one of them with whatever must be so troubling to the poor ladies, but considering your request to avoid hurting my friendship with the other elements I will await word if you wish me to leave this to professionals.
I'm surprised that Fluttershy has so much weight, still I found the fact that Pinkie had to answer some of her questions to be funny.
