Dusk Shine's Saga Character Profile: Apple Jack

Dear Princess Celestia. As requested I've send you the first profile of my new Friends in Ponyville. However I must request you please let me alter at least some of the questions as after dealing with the incredibly friendly Applejack, I already fear just how well some of these questions will go over with the others. Age: 20
Birthday: March 21st
Clan: Earth Pony
Height: 6'4"
Weight: I didn't think it wise to ask again after the glare she gave me after asking the first time. Her response was to level a glare at me for a good six or seven seconds before saying "Pardon Sugarcube? I don'na think I heard you there." Pinkie Pie: AJ is just being bashful. Don't worry Dusk she didn't mean any harm. And she weights 196 lbs Princess Celestia!
Hair: Rich blond locks slightly longer than shoulder length well kept and tied together with a leather thong just below ear-level.
Eyes: Sap green.
Cutiemark: Three red apples on her right hip.*
Bust size: 42 DDD* Pinkie Pie: No way Silly, she is more like a 44E. Makes a great pillow!
Occupation: Lead hand on her grandmother's Apple Orchard.

Scars or accessories? A Stetson hat, brown and well worn; Often has a coil of coarse rope on her hip; An apple shaped locket about her throat (Picture of parents inside; deceased).
Close relationships: Too many close relatives to list;** Lives with her Granny Smith; Older Brother "Big" Mac***; and younger sister Apple Bloom; History with Rarity (unknown); Most common guest at Pinkie Pie's many parties; Confident to Fluttershy; Friendly rival in athletic events with Rainbow Dash.
Personality: The most Diligent pony I've ever met, always up before sunrise and working well past sundown any and every day it's required. However she is also quite prideful and will refuse help often if she thinks it might be an make her look weak in any way. She is also strongly empathetic, quickly picking up on others problems and putting herself out for any who ask for even the smallest of favors.
Skills and Quirks:
Monstrous Hunger - despite her muscular figure and healthy build, AJ may be the biggest eater, easily putting away more then even her older brother Mac.
Strength - Even for an Earth Pony her strength is staggering, I've seen her wrestle a angry bull to the ground and uproot a tree with a single kick.
Athleticism - An unrivaled (except by Rainbow Dash) athlete; Winner of over a dozen Blue Ribbons in Rodeos in the last decade, it wouldn't be a shock if she could take it all in next years Canterlot National Rodeo.
Cooking - A master of over a dozen family recipes, almost all focused on the main ingredient of Apple's. Very highly recommend. ****

* - I was shocked when she had no problems showing off her cutiemark after the response to her weight, however I value her friendship and my life too much to risk asking this Princess, thus I simply estimated her Bust size. Please don't require me to ask this one of the others. Please?
** - Seriously. The family has nearly annual reunions and the smallest tend to have fifty or more members of the family show up. Its easier just to open a copy of the national census at the letter A.
*** - The nickname is well earned. I think he might be the first stallion in five hundred years to come close to your height Princess.
**** - And their Cider. I know you suggested I relax and enjoy a party sometime but you don't know the meaning of the word relaxed until you've tried their Cider.

I like the idea of making profiles for the characters. They build the background for the story. Even if the chapters take some time to come out the profiles will, in my opinion, be worth the wait.
