So, it's been yet another year here on FimFiction. I have a lot of stuff to go over, actually, that I've been meaning to, but first, my yearly binge of stories! As some of you know, every year on my birthday, I shotgun a bunch of new fics and occasionally some chapters for existing ones. So, without further ado, I present to you...

...Well, not really anything. I've been busier than ever lately, and I haven't had much time to write. The only new story I have for you guys isn't actually something I'm ready to post, so I might post it and then take it down later. It has a few chapters ready, but I wanted to get a few more done before submitting, maybe give the illusion of actually updating on a regular basis. But, I suppose tradition demands I release something, and I think some of you might like this one. So, I present to you:

A King of Shadows This is my take at the "Sombra's backstory" subgenre, and I'm honestly rather excited about it. I plan to tackle not only King Sombra's rise to power, but my headcanon of Starswirl the bearded, and many other little interconnections and headcanons.

But now, onto other news. As I may have mentioned, I'm on a lot of games in this fandom. In addition to being a member on the development teams for both Legends of Equestria and Megamare X, I'm the Creative Director and Producer (ie the guy in charge) of my own team making a Solar Empire vs New Lunar Republic RPG called Shattered Kingdom. Well, much like last year, at Fiesta Equestria, Shattered Kingdom is going to be presenting a panel at BronyCon 2014, and it's going to be a big deal. We've made big steps since last year, and we're only building momentum. Our panel is scheduled at 5:30 on Saturday, in the star hall. If you're going to the con, I highly recommend you go see it.

That also means I'm going to be at BronyCon as well, so if you're there, hit me up! I've got a lot of stuff to do and people to see, but I'd always be happy to say hi to any of you guys!

So... yeah. That's the update (for now). Maybe if I have time to write something up today I'll release more for you guys.
