Thank you everybody for the comments and suggestions you made on my other blog post. Some of you have given me good ideas, both for how the scene with Applejack will play out, and for other things that may come up in the future.
Anyways, what I’m going to do is remove that chapter as it currently is, then take a good look at what could make the scene work, then rewrite it, then put it back up.
Also, there are two things that I have learned from this little fiasco: first, that I can’t expect to make stuff that lives up to my standard in a day while on a massive sugar high. Second, you guys are awesome. The overwhelming majority of you were civil about this (something that I never would have expected from the internet before discovering this fandom) and like I said, a lot of you came forwards with constructive criticism and ideas that can help me improve as a writer.
Your story is amazing. Like one of the few I praise on fimfiction. However you choose to do the story, I will keep reading that shit because it's an excellent story
you are pretty awesome being able to accept criticism. i swear far too many just can't handle it or do not have the iwll to change the flaws.
some will even go so far as to pretend there are no flaws and insult their critics.

Based on the quality of the work so far and your willingness to admit and fix the problem, though, I don't think you need to worry about the story. I'm looking forward to what you decide to write.
