Come And See · 5:36pm May 28th, 2014

My third guest chapter for "Celestia Uses An Online Dating Website" has just been sent to RainbowBob for publishing.

This one was inspired by a brief exchange with King Kenya in the comments section. It's probably not exactly what he wanted, but what can I say? My mind wanders to strange places sometimes; I just follow along and write down what I observe.

"Come And See" will be my last guest chapter for a while, even though I have ideas for several other chapters. I have my own stories for which I would like to make progress. They are in my mind demanding to be written, and the voices are starting to get louder.

Finally, let me give my apologies (again) to Sir Terry Pratchett for this one. If I ever get the opportunity to meet you again in person (which, unfortunately, I doubt will happen), I will explain myself and beg for my forgiveness. I'm sure he will laugh.

Respectfully as always,
The Ponytrician.

To have been involved in the inspiration of anything concerning Discworld? My life is complete.
You know the higher entity that is Sir Terry Pratchett is more than tolerant of this sort of thing. If he will put up with people accosting him whilst dragging trunks with hundreds of little pink legs with wheels on the end, then he will certainly find this amusing.

And please my dear Ponytrician, I am more than happy to be detained.

Yours in Sport,
King Kenya

Thank you again for providing the inspiration. It was the thought process about Vetinari not qualifying for the story, combined with thinking about how to write a chapter about Death, that lead to the idea for the chapter.

Indeed I do know about Sir Terry's tolerance and amusement of such things. I have had the great pleasure of briefly meeting him, and he is truly an amazing and spell-binding individual.
