I have a new story in my head, lately I've been interested in open world games (Fallout 3 and Skyrim) and saw a review for Fallout Equestria, sounded interesting but I don't read mature stories, and this story in particular goes into so much detail on things like gore, which is not good, (Getting this from the review by AnY) so I actually thought of a new story before I saw the review which was about a pony in the future that had amnesia, so I was able to combine them, and the reason I would combine them was because Fallout Equestria was bad and filled with drug addictions, blood, and even what appear to be horror scenes. So I thought to myself, "It's a great story apparently, but it's no where near safe enough for more sensitive viewers, maybe I could take some of the basic principles and make it into a less gory story and a little more friendly." so then I realized that in Fallout 3 you have amnesia (I think) and I had a basic start for a story that sort of matches Fallout 3, then I added things from the game (Wasteland, mutations, etc) and it made sense, so this might work.
When it comes to things like gore, I try to get the message across without be very graphic, I try to stay away from it altogether, but some times you can't get around it. What would you think if I did this story. My goal would be to bring a good story like Fallout Equestria to more sensitive viewers so they can enjoy it too.
No, it's New Vegas that you get amnesia. That's because you get shot in the head at the very beginning of the game. Fallout 3, you are born and raised in Vault 101, and then when your father suddenly takes off, you take off after him.
In Fallout: New Vegas, you're a courier delivering a special platinum poker chip. This dude Benny wants the chip, so he robs you, shoots you in the head, and leaves you for dead. You wake up with no memory of who you are, and you go around trying to track Benny down.
