    I won't pretend that I understand what the hell goes on with the word count on this site. On GDocs, it tells me that I have 4842, which is not the 5000 I want per chapter for the story I'm writing. If I replace all the dashes, hyphens, brackets, slashes and apostrophes with spaces, it still only gives me 4999, literally as close to my goal as possible while being under. Whoever decided that switching names and pages was a good idea was an idiot.

With that out of the way, it could have been good if they didn't decide to spread it like cancer. I actually had a long winded tirade on the topic that started throwing names and strong opinions around, but I've decided that would cause too much drama on a topic that isn't worth it. So those of you that participated, here's your award.

Congratulations. Next time, let's have an April Fools prank that can't be seen through by someone with the effective IQ of a cactus, eh?
