I know you can't see me right now, but I'm totally doing a happy dance. Also, the fact that you can't see me is a good thing; my moves makes Twilight's dancing seem elegantly reserved.
In any case, Project Sunflower: Harmony has been officially submitted and is pending mod approval! So, it will be out whenever it clears the queue.
My writing schedule is going to be a little different than it was for Project: Sunflower. In the first story, I tried to stick to a weekly release schedule (I didn't always make it). But now that I have editors, it takes a while longer, as I need to give them time to read each chapter, then I need to revise according to their feedback, then they read again and give more feedback followed by more revisions. Repeat as needed until the chapter is ready to go.
I think you'll find it worth it, though. I'm already seeing a marked improvement between the first chapters of the original and of the sequel.
So, instead of trying to publish a chapter a week, I'm going with the old "publish a chapter when it's done" schedule. I'm still planning on finishing the rough draft of a new chapter every week, though.
My poor editing team... I have a feeling I'm going to flood them 
In other news, I'm still working on the CMAA. I've got the next chapter of that one halfway done.

You would be missing a little bit of background, but not enough to prevent you from reading what's up now. Not to worry, though. For anything I introduced in the side projects that will end up in the sequel, I'll re-introduce it in an abbreviated fashion in Harmony.
The side projects were more intended to flesh out background details than to carry on the story.

Erin's new form is based on Malachite's design but modified to resemble her original pony body. Malachite didn't leave anything behind in the tank. Or, at least, if he did, the Ascent team made sure to check in out thoroughly before they used it for Erin
The "publish a chapter when it's done" method works though.
And yes, you are going to flood us. But it is with new Project Sunflower: Harmony chapters. So I think it balances out.

Honestly, that you managed to even have a pretty regular weekly update was impressive to me. I've always had a hard time getting a lot of writing done in small periods of time, so when someone else can do it I sorta look on in awe. Though I would like to get more work out much quicker. I'm guessing it's mostly a discipline thing...
