Success! Chapter 10 is technically finished now, and just needs to pass through editing. It shall be up tomorrow. 
Not only that, but I've already made a good chunk of progress on chapter 11 in the meantime. I'm really aiming to get that out asap to make up for this huge delay for bringing out 10.
Again, my sincerest apologies to everyone for the long wait. These months have been brutal on me, and with college starting up again in two weeks, it's not going to get any easier anytime soon. ;~;
Edit: Aaaaand it's out! Huzzah! And it got buried off the front page in less than half an hour! .....Gah! x_x
