Upcoming Projects (yes, there's more Dinky) · 6:21pm Mar 7th, 2014
So, my latest story, Alone, was vastly more successful than anything I'd written before, and more than anything I expected from a oneshot sadfic - briefly featured, in the Popular Stories for about three days now, approved by Twilight's Library, and nearing 1,000 views. Not bad for a guy who considers himself a comedy author.
And despite considering myself that, most of my upcoming projects are more Sad or Dark.
First, I'd like to thank everyone who gave my story a look and helped make it so successful. Your tears only make me stronger.
Second, since it's been a frequent topic in the comments - there will be a sequel story revealing what happens to Dinky. It's titled "Anniversary" and will also be Sad.
I also have another Derpy story in my queue, still untitled, but it's more sadfic. That one is my personal take on her backstory.
However, I have a couple other things I want to finish first before I get to those.
"The Twenty-Seven Deaths of Pinkamena Pie" (Dark) is probably going up next. After that is a Celestia story titled "Aftermath" (Dark/Sad).
Also I'm going to try to write some happy Slice of Life with Derpy at some point, if I can resist the impulse to give her decisions in the story some kind of tragic backstory basis.
Finally, last since they're longer and I'm terribly lazy, expect my contribution to the LOHAV meme (with what I hope is a satisfactory twist), a Skyrim crossover comedy, and a Trixie/Dash Romance Adventure.
Well, you know, expect them eventually. Laziness, after all.
