I don't know why, but it seems like a whole bunch of my stories are passing various impressive-sounding statistic all at once. This time, Wild, Sweet & Cool got its 1,500th thumbs up a few days ago, and I didn't even notice (probably because I was too busy coughing and sneezing at the time).
Speaking of which, it feels like the worst may be over for that cold, so I'll probably be able to get started on the next chapter of Flash Fog later this week.
Man, I'd say 'Wild, Sweet & Cool' should be closer to 4,500 thumbs up already! It's definitely one of those stories I want a sequel for, yet it's only up to 1,500 thumbs up!?
Heck, I should read it again one of these times. It's one of the reasons I'm following you, after all...
1793221 - Well, for what it's worth, Flash Fog was originally conceived as a sequel to this story. In fact, the idea for that story came from an offhand remark that Dash made in an early draft of this story.

Still haven't delved into 'Flash Fog' yet; it's been on my read later list, for like, EVER! Haven't even started Pandelelirium either, yet it's been finished for a while.
I should get to reading the stuff of established writers I'm following already...
Wild, Sweet, and Cool, was one I wasn't even aware of until you posted a blog about your other stories.
It's probably my favorite of your stories.
