Chapter 2 for On "Time For a Change" is up!

My biggest concern with the story so far is that I'm making Pendulum to much of a jerk. What do you guys think? Is it too much or have I struck the right balance of rude but sympathetic? Also, is the pacing to slow? Any major OOC moments from any characters? This story is my first major use of the Mane 6 so I'd like to know how I'm doing.
