Someone once said I was passive aggressive. I disagree. I am far too impatient for that. I prefer just being normal aggressive. Don't worry about 'maybe' upsetting me, you will know.

    Coincidence

Hey, you guys remember "Wingover"? Remember the moral, that having raw talent doesn't make you better than people who have to work hard to achieve what you can do easily?

Recently, a new 'Friends Foreever" comic was released, and...

    Ultra 'FML' Rant

As if the title wasn't warning enough, huge, angry rant below.

Well, maybe not angry. I don't think anger has truly formed yet, I'm still mostly in the depression/stunned phase.

If you've been living under a rock

Brought to you by MANE 6 (the people who began 'Fighting is Magic', before it was C&D'd by Hasbro) with character and world design by Lauren Faust (seriously. She's personally involved in this project.)

Attention is Terrifying · 8:39am Jan 4th, 2014

I've been on this site for roughly four months. I first watched MLP in late August 2013, and I joined this site in early September. I published my first story, 'Chains' that first day. It wasn't good, it was actually pretty horrible. So were a lot of my older stories, which are still kept in that same state, as a reminder to myself and others how far I have come.

When I first started here, I had no goals. Over time, I began to develop them, small at first. The first goal I ever had, realistic at least, was to make a story worthy of 'Twilight's Library'. Oddly, that didn't happen until well after I was an admin for that group (and no, I was not the one to add the story). At this point, I was at that next moment of goal-less writing, and that was when achievements began to happen.

I got a comment from a writer I hold in extraordinarily high regard. (The Descendent on 'Greed and Generosity')
I got a story into the Feature Box. (Training His Relief)
I got a story accepted by Equestria Daily (Drama King)
I was followed by a writer I hold in extraordinarily high regard. (Paleowriter)
I got free fan art made of a story I wrote. (Through the Eyes of a Friend)

And now, another achievement I had no idea I would ever see.

I got a live-reading done of one of my stories. (Through the Eyes of a Friend, here.)

Four months. Fifteen weeks, to be precise. I don't even have a hundred followers yet, and when I look back on how far I have come, and all I've accomplished, I can't help but get a little overwhelmed. This fandom is really good at making you feel important, I suppose.

I couldn't have done this without the support of you, my fans. You guys are what makes all this writing worth it. You gentlemen and ladies who find something in my writing that you enjoy. Be it thought provoking, laughter or fluff.

You guys are the best;
-Lumino
