    Leaving for a bit

If you're reading this, I'm off on a long, long field exercise, for a few months, and I won't be able to answer. Don't worry, I'm not dead. I'll be back as soon as I can.

    The Rain Recedes

Well, it's been nearly six months since the last update, but I'm considering shutting down "Tales of the Rainmaker". Someone pointed out a lot of flaws in the story that are too well engrained to fix. Part of me wants to continue, because I want to tell her story, but at the same time, that reviewer was right.

My Little Pony: The Movie. A (non)spoiler Review (spoilers after the break)

I just got done watching The My Little Pony Movie and I was so excited I just had to write this. Okay, so this first bit will be spoiler free, and I’ll leave the spoilery bits below the break.

Need a long term editor for "The Secret of Ponyville"

No, this thing isn't dead. The entire plot is written out in a neat three arc format, I just need to fill in the details. The problem is I'm struggling to get a lot of the scenes to hit just right, and early on I relied heavily on input from Web of Hope as he

That terrifying little story I wrote · 7:15am Jan 1st, 2014

So this wicked awesome guy called Umbra gave me some feedback on the story I wrote, and there are some changes that need to be made, mostly involving my skill in writing. Rest assured, I am not discouraged, but envigorated.

I kinda disappeared for a bit there, and there's reasons for that. Mostly holiday shopping, partly hanging out with friends I never see, partly just sleeping because I'm so tired because work has doubled lately because I work in a collision repair shop and cars crash more often when there's ice on the road... which there often is this time of year. So there's that, and I now have a girlfriend, so that's news.

So now you should understand why I haven't touched a computer in a few days. Yeah, kinda been offline for a while--story's been on hold. I'm going to try to work on it as the holidays draw to a close, but I'm going to be working on videos for youtube as well (yeah, that's a thing now.) so writing time might be cut back a bit.

I'll make it work. Bear with me, and I'll pull this horrific masterpiece together sometime before the next century, (which I actually do plan to be alive for).

Hooray for people who are better than me at the actual storytelling minutiae of writing! :pinkiehappy:
