Surprise! New story on my page! Well... new is subjective. It's new for me to give to all of you. But the story has seen it's fair share of dust here on the site. The previous author was Alex Nuage... or as he is now known: The Read Later List... Yeah, I don't think he plans on doing a whole lot more writing with a name like that... Anywho, this story is now all mine! It is a collaboration and an addition with Merlos The Mad to his oh so fantastic Madverse. Such universe features stories like: My Little Marige, A Twilight Landing, Thunderstruck, and so on. Now (Disclaimer) as you should have guessed, I am not the original author of this story. Merlos and Alex started this puppy quite a while ago. Before I ever even considered being a writer... or a Brony! Shocking I know. On a side note, I only ever started writing about 2 months ago today. Yet I'm working with some pretty fantastic writers, pushing out some really nice stories (if I do say so myself) and have been handed a story completely that just needs a liuttle TLC to shine like I know it's capable of! Pretty flipping sweet huh? But back to the point. It wasn't mine originally, and I'm not about to try to adopt Alex's writing style. The first thing I'm gonna do is clean up whatever mistakes I find. I printed out a paper copy and have been taking notes (I don't have the original Gdoc's) and will be applying them in time. Next, I have what there is of latest chapter not yet completed. That will be taken up and completed in due time, along with Gilda and my new one shot. The absolute truth is that there will be a difference in style and perspective! Even with Merlos helping me keep the story true to his canon universe, I will be making minor alterations to things like pacing, perspective, and level of humor. Depending on who you are, that means different things. To those that favorited this story and have been waiting Months for the new release, I'm really sorry about all this. I may be new but I think I've proven what I got! Merlos hand picked me to take on this baby and it wasn't because he got caught up in the hilarity of a talking wolf that fancies himself a writer! No. I think I can do this piece justice, just give me a shot. To everyone else, this is a pretty nice story. all things considered it is a wonderful addition to an overall story you should check out. Wish me luck everyone! I have high hopes for my reputation as a writer on this site.
