This Arcana is still really far off. At this point even the earliest time I could put it in will be a long time from now. However, in the worst case scenario that I can't come up with a good replacement for Dr. Whooves, would you all kill me if I just threw my OC in there? I realize OCs in a fic is generally frowned upon by the brony community, which is why I'm asking. The advantage is that an OC would be a kind of wild card in this case (not the same "Wild Card" as Twilight of course) and with the kind of character he is I think it would work. But, it is an easy way out and with a character no one but a handful of people even know of people might not be as happy to see a known character such as Colgate. In case you don't know, my OC is that pony shrugging next to my name. I'm pretty sure there's a full sized picture of him as well on my DA (lazynerd.deviantart.com), though actual size is arguable. I didn't realize I made him so tall. I consider him just a little taller than Caramel, but shorter than Big Mac. Anyway, question of the week. Would my OC be accepted if I were to use him in this fic?
