Happy Halloween Nightmare Night, everybody!
It's been a really long time, hasn't it? I felt like today would be as good a day as any to put up a blog post letting everyone know I'm "back". Technically I never really left, at least not officially, but given that I haven't put up any blog posts or comments in ages... it was about time I said something, especially since I have some encouraging news to give.
In any case, this is just a quick little message I wanted to send out, so everyone knows that I'm still alive. I may not be thriving, not yet, but I believe that the next few months will be very full of eventful happenings (hopefully most of them good!). Both for me personally, and the fandom in general.
I won't get into too many specifics regarding IWPFT's present status, other than to say that it is back in active development. My present goal for Chapter Three (which might end up being split into two parts due to large size, I haven't quite decided yet) is to have it published before November 23rd (S4's air date). I have a lot of reasons to be confident that I'll be able to meet that goal, but we'll see as things go forward. Once I'm completely past the writing stage and into the editing/revising process, I'll let you guys know.
In the meantime, thank you to all those who still stuck around after all this time, the words of encouragement I've received from old fans dropping in to see how I've been have really helped me get back into writing. There's really no way I can properly apologize for making you wait so long, so new chapters will have to do for now. After chapter three is out I'll put up some more blog posts about that and other things.

...well I'm glad you're back...I guess I'll have to go back and reread what you have so I'm on top of things for fresh chapters.

You know it's been so long I had to look through your account here to remind myself why I had watched you.
I'm glad to see you're going to continue your story. It really is quite intriguing and that bit on the tail end of chapter 2 made me hungry for more. After all, we've seen how "our" Twilight is faring, it'll be interesting to see "Eos" react to a different station and suddenly having something akin to peers (i.e. Celestia and Luna).
Yes, now I don't have to use the shove- I mean, I'm glad you're back!
