Some Quick Questions for my Readers · 5:44am Apr 18th, 2012
Hello, everyone. I'm sure that you are all eagerly awaiting my next chapter, and rest assured that I am working on it. But while I'm doing that, I would like to get a little feedback from you. "Return to Equestria" is supposed to be a mentally stimulating story, and one in which my readers are expected to be asking themselves questions and speculate about what will happen next. So my questions for you are these:
What kind of questions are you asking yourself at this point? What are your expectations for future chapters? Are there any persistent themes that you've noticed? Is there anything that confused you and needs to be clarified?
Just to be clear, I already have an outline for the rest of the story, so it's unlikely that your answers will affect how the main plot points will go. But with that said, I'm curious about well your theories match up with my plans, and I may add some minor scenes to address whatever issues you may have.

Well... Right now I'm just sort of wondering if Luna's gonna kill Jesse by flaying, or by giant slingshot.
Nothing confused me.
I wasn't looking too deeply for a theme to be honest; I'm just here to read an adventure. It's a very good adventure, I might add. This is one of the better HiE fics I've read, and I've read a lot of them.
I'm just hoping Jesse can catch a break and get a smoke.
I'm wondering if/how Jesse will explain that he's Jesse and, if he decides not to, how he's going to get around Celestia's demand to.
What I'm wondering is if Jesse will confess to what his life has become, I think he is unsure of himself and of reality. But the reality is that after his departure from equestria his life turned to complete crap. He was always left doubting himself and ultimately hurt his friends. and I think that is what he is ashamed of most, and tried to drown that guilt in alcohol.
Basically I'm wondering if he will confide this in Luna, and how she would react. I imagine he wants to tell someone other than trixie who he is and get a lot of his emotions that he has been hiding off his chest.
Im wondering when the next parts out...
In all honesty I'm just wondering who will Jesse chose between Rarity and Luna, I'd suggest he chose Luna. Who knows at the end of all this he may be gifted with longevity.Poor Woona.
Luna never struck me as an someone who would take no for an answer. I'm looking forward to seeing how that works out if/when she figures out who he is.
Also wondering if he's going back to Earth or not. This time around, he lives alone and has no friends. His coworkers might wonder why he's not showing up for work, but other than that I don't see anyone 'helping' him this time.
I'm looking forward to Luna's and the others reaction once they have found out he is actually Jesse. That will be an interesting moment also keep up the good work so far I am really enjoying the fic it is really well made.
This is a most engaging story.
Really well written and pleasant to go through, but then again so was "An American Dude in Equestria"
This series ranks in the top three of my favorites.
I do like the musical hints you drop, the way the characters are written and the reactions of Cog to what is going on.
If I were to live a similar experience, personally I would behave rather differently but the story is so well written that I am willingly surrender my own process of thoughts to be guided by your writing.
I can't wait to read what is going to happen next.
Concerning this chapter, I really liked the way Celestia reacted to Cog and the dialogue between the two, but I do feel that you're walking on a very thin line.
I feel it would be awkward for Cog to be ratted out by Celestia, and again, to come clean with the rest of the cast just on her suggestion after what he told her, but then again, that's what I feel and as I said, I have total trust in what you're going to give us.

I'm wondering if he'll get to go home, and debating whether that would be good or bad. I can safely say that I would prefer to be a human, if only because I like having hands, though going home when you don't have any friends or family to care about? Hm...
