After watching alot of men in black the animated series. The idea just hit me. Though I think this time I'll keep this one relatively simple
Ponies visit Earth as ambassadors for the Equestrians. It is up to Agent K and J to protect them from a faction of bronies that truly believe they are real. Naturally they've been wanting to keep the existence of ponies (in the MiB's eyes just another form of aliens) secret.
With reference to mythology as back when Aliens use to be monsters (an early society before MiB, so like greeks and roman times, etc). Throughout history and legend Equestrians helped humans save the earth over and over again.

As it jumps from the modern day within MiB HQ talking to the ponies to the legends retold in "truth." Like the legend of hercules, or the legendary pony pegasus that became the companion of Bellerophon. Like she was known in history as pegasus because Bellerophon thought her race name was her actual name.
Towards the end it is revealed that bronies have infiltrated MiB and lauren faust has done well to spread the subliminal suggestion that humans must prepare for the coming pony invasion.
pretty generic MiB plot but I think it'll work.
Use some worms coffee related comedy (pinkie discovering coffee, makes a hyper pinkie pie that defies the 4th wall and is even aware of the narrator)
Zed being grumpy and bossy
L being hot.
use cliff hanger-Brony invasion has already begun.
Why has no one commented on this. I would love to see a MiB/MLP crossover!
