Hi, Everypony!

I want to thank all of you for your patience! :)

No, seriously. All I've given you is just a little prologue, a vague beginning to what I think could be a fun read for all of you. And, you kindly wait for the first real chapter, maybe thinking, "Okay, girl, how's about some story here? What the hay is up with you?"

Well, here's the hay, and all the miscellaneous pokeweed that gets mixed in.

Life has been getting in the way. You know how that is. I work a full time job as a production artist for a monster-sized corporation. I'm going to school part time so that I can get a degree in User Experience Design/Human Computer Interaction. I'm also helping take care of a very sick relative. And, sometimes, I have to go to the bathroom. :)

Writing for all of you is something that I find to be so enjoyable. It makes me smile, smile, smile. So, I try to sneak in writing when I can. At work, when I'm cranking out a whole bunch of boring labels for equally boring rubber gloves, I write a little when the boss isn't looking. During my trigonometry class, in my head, I'm comparing the six trig functions to the Mane Six. That normally ends with me doodling ponies instead of taking notes. And, as some of you probably know, being a caregiver is a lesson in Love & Tolerate.

It will take me a bit of time, but I promise I'll get that first chapter done soon. And, better still, I'll make more chapters after that until the story is complete.

So, for each person who reads this, I'm giving you a hug and a kiss on the cheek. Thank you! You ponies make my life 25% cooler. :)
