Oy vey... (Or: A minor update as to what I've been up to these last few weeks) · 3:16am Oct 2nd, 2013
Hi again. Let's just cut right to the chase this time. I've been incredibly busy these last couple weeks. Just a brief bullet point of what I've been doing:
* Attended my sister's wedding over a long weekend. I spent most of it running back and forth babysitting, doing errands, and occasionally walking a dog. That's not even getting into the 7-8 hours worth of driving I had to suffer through in those few days.
* Had my first performance at a football game last weekend.
* Had homework and tests up the wazoo to deal with.
In between all that, I've also been dealing with some odd personal issues. Nothing serious at the moment, but I've been feeling mentally off these last few days. Things that I shouldn't be fretting over are giving me grief, like getting a good night's sleep or my post-college plans when that's still potentially a year or so away. I may just be overthinking things here; I have an on and off bad habit of getting worked up over nothing. Still, it's something I wish I could move on from soon. It's nice to be able to relax without my brain trying to become a runaway train of paranoid thoughts.
My writing productivity for the last month was practically nonexistent with everything I had on my plate. Unfortunately, I don't see things picking up in the next few weeks, as that will be around the time my major class projects are going to get rolling. I'm really sorry for those of you looking forward to the next chapters of my ongoing fics, but there's not much I can do when the time and motivation to write is not there.
That's all I have to say for now. Apologies for the depressing tone this blog may have taken. I know this isn't who I normally am or want to be, but I felt you all should at least know what I've been up to. Feel free to message me and stuff if you want to chat; just because I'm off on the inside doesn't mean I can't be interesting on the outside. ;)

Take your time dude, nobody will fault you for not providing free entertainment fast enough when you have real-life problems to deal with and if they do, unless they are jerks. You don't need to apologize for the 'depressing tone' of this blog, it's just nice to be updated and know that you haven't left altogether like a few of my other favorite authors.
On an unrelated note, I just realized that your one of my favorite authors yet I haven't followed you or liked the stories I read that are by you... I'd better fix that.
