Those Times Between

I've been drawing a decent bit lately. This whole Newbie Artist Training Grounds EqD is running has been fun so far. I'm definitely getting better, I feel. But... this is a writing site so I shouldn't bother everyone with my exploits elsewhere. If you're interested at all, though, the link to my dA account is on my profile page.

One last art-related note, though. The day eight prompt for NATG was to draw a pony winning. So.. having recently been pointed towards Chengar Qordath's amazing story, The Life and Times of a Winning Pony, I only felt that doing a piece related to it would be fitting. I let the author know about the piece and I was extremely honored that they liked it enough to post it on their blog! I was giddy at that. It's the things like that that make me really enjoy creating things. I love when people enjoy them back.

Anyhoo.. on to writing.

I hope to have the finishing touches for Q&C3 done tomorrow and then get it shunted off for editing. My editor's going to be pretty busy (he already has one of my stories on the back burner and that's already behind his more pressing concerns regarding school and his own works) so I dunno how long till the chapter would get past that step. I'm certainly not an impatient sort and I hope everyone else can bear with me while times are busy here at the beginning of the school year.

Now just a tad of personal stuff, I guess. Well, actually, scratch that. We all have our problems and this isn't really the venue for me to put any of that out there. I'll just say that I'm going to try harder to stay on task to get my projects out and visible to everyone and hope you'll enjoy them when they appear.
