SOPA is back · 11:20pm Aug 24th, 2013
For those of you that don't know, SOPA is something that will cripple our freedom on the internet. It's been brought up and smacked down before, but it's up again so I don't feel like I need to go into much detail (also, I'm in a hurry watching Toriko at the moment) to let you know that this is a very bad thing if it gets passed.
Here is an online petition you can sign to voice your disapproval. I would also heartily recommend contacting your representative and telling them how you hate SOPA and why. Tell your friends and family to do so also. The more you voice and the more voices we have, the better.

Ugh, I thought we were done with this SOPA bullfunk... How many times must we swat at this fly before it finally takes a hint and stays dead? Honestly.
It will likely crash and burn again, but a part of me still worries what kind of junk would happen if that thing was ever passed... Yeesh.
(Great... now Scoot is asking me what this SOPA business is about. -_- Getting tired of having to explain this and that to the two of them... But oh, it's just something I'll have to live with. {Yes. Yes you will.} Meh. {

Sadly, I get the feeling that the people introducing this bill won't stop until they get some form of it passed, or are voted out of office. Only thing we can do for now is keep fighting it for as long as possible and never let up for a second.
1306483 Well, you know that I would fight it, tooth and nail... except, I'm a Canadian. :/ Don't know how much this bill would affect us up here, and even if it did, I doubt I could be of much help or influence toward something going on down there in the States...
(Well, I guess I could sign that petition at least. Better than nothin', eh?)
