Going to be a short update.
Chapters 15 and 16 are in the final editing phases now. I'm waiting to publish anything however until after chapters 17 and 18 are done so I have the latitude to tweak 15 and 16 as needed. Once the current story arc is finished I'll start posting the chapters on a weekly basis.

I made a minor edit to the most recent chapter. There were two little words that had become a massive pain in my arse working on the next chapter. They were, 'to her'.
It was leading to rabbit holes of character arguments that spiraled into hellish domains where finding a feasible 'out' for Sunset grew dire indeed. After several attempts I've decided to just rip out the root -

So, as I begin to near the final rise in action for the schola arc of Sunset of Battle I'm looking more and more ahead to what I want to do with the story and where to go next. My general plan is to do a time-skip to when they are novitiates and start the next arc in-media res. But what to do and who to have as the antagonists?

This is probably obvious from the post, but I figured it'd be better to get explicit confirmation than to assume anything: are you still working on/planning rewrites for any Myths chapters? I've been holding off on reading the new chapters until all the rewrites were done, so I could go back and reread the whole thing in one go.

Ah. What happened was I reposted the 'new' version over-top of the original one in order to preserve the old comments, read-count, and because the rewrite was less substantive than some of the other chapters.
I'll be doing the same thing once I reach Book Two as it'll have far less editing/re-writes involved... maybe... I should probably say my plan at the moment is for it (Book Two) to be changed the least and come out in rapid fire/all-at-once. But me and plans have a bad track record...

Just a thought, but if you are planning on commissioning from DA you could possibly start a collection of points to help pay for any commissions. I know there are folks who would like to help.

She does great work, yes. My trouble is that with my anxiety it is hard for me to approach an artist I've never contacted before. Most of my commissions are from Saint-Juniper in large part because of this. I also happen to really like her work.
