Long time no Update

It seems the only thing I can do as of late is apologize. The Real World still has that firm strangle hold on my life as i've reached 30. For me, it feels like a mile stone that I am happy to celebrate, due to my family's history. This celebration is a double-edged sword, however, since it only causes me to look back at the happier times I had with things. The world appeared brighter for me, I found happiness within things that once believed lost, and that spark returned to my life. Just seems like things all came crumbling down, being relatively quick to remind me that happiness all too easily slips through the cracks.

Anyways, Derpy Delivers a Pizza is pretty much finished. I need to go through it to fix things up and adjust them. I'm still working on my Diary of the Banished story. I truly, TRULY want this story to be as great as Fallout Equestria, Anthropology, and other legendary stories. What I have to do with myself is be realistic. There is no way to change who I am, which is an amateur writer or potentially a novice at best. Though i've been writing, working, refining, and crafting this story for the better part of 2 years now, I just have to face the facts that it won't reach that level and probably never will reach those levels. All I can do is hope the story carves out a small niche of people that find interest in it, with the material having a unique take on things.

Final note, I am writing another story here, one that is more "mature" story. Well two stories to be precises with one being mature. A friend was kind enough to take a look at it and gave some pointers, but it is recommended that I seek help from others. The mature story needs a pre-reader who can look at it from both a serious and comical light. I want the story to be something beyond smut. That's where I truly need help since, as said, i'm an amateur writer.
