Right, Chapter 29 for The Equestria Games was just put out, so I wanted to let y'all know whats happening. And stuff.
Now my allergies have begun to loosen their throat hold on me (Luna be praised), but I have had other issues. Technical issues. To put it simply, my laptop has reached the era of being senile. Slow, decrepit, and generally useless. I run disc cleanups every morning on it, which take about an hour each time, but the performance increase, however significant, is always brief. When the performance drops, it is useless. Example time! I was listening to music on iTunes, and a song called "You're Gonna Go Far, Kid" came on. It's a good song, but I wasn't in the mood for it, so I hit skip. The song has a duration of 2:58. It wasn't until 2:01 that my PC registered my clicking of the skip button, and finally skipped the song. So writing is difficult, but not impossible. That specific example was during a negative performance spike, so it's not like that all the time. But it's still frustrating.
In other news, I have begun work on my next project, which is now uploaded to this here FimFiction website doohickey. It will stay where it is, but will remain unpublished until The Equestria Games is complete. This will prevent me from feeling under pressure to finish my current story, so I can get on with the other one that I've already published. What will the story be about? Not saying until I publish it. Don't like that? Go sit on a cactus.
