Greetings, bronies of the interwebs!
My name is thunderhawk, and I am a writer of fan-fiction that started on FanFiction.net.
I became a brony roughly a few months ago, and I gotta say, everything about the show intrigues me. The animation is great, the voice cast is fantastic (which is something I can dig as I hope to go into that field), and it's just a really great show.
So I started this fic called "The 7th Element" on FanFiction when I was bored one day. It's kind of a self-insert, but at the same time, it's not. There some aspects of me I've changed a little. After I posted the first 7 chapters of the fic, it was met with overwhelming support from the brony community there. After a few more chapters, more and more readers started commenting and PMing me to post there story here, on FiMFiction, saying it would drum up a lot more attention here than it did on FanFiction.
Well, I came and took and look at this here site, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with not only how the site works, but the quality of the fics that are put up and featured. They have cover art and everything! So, needless to say, I was a little intimidated at first.
After long hours of proofreading the story and finding someone to make a cover for it, I am finally here. Chapter 1 is submitted and I am still awaiting approval from the staff, and the fantastic cover you will see is by Henry Anthony Courtler.
Once the first chapter is up, I hope you enjoy as much as the bronies on FanFiction did and still do whenever I update.
Currently, there are 35 chapters and I am working on 36 as we speak. I will post a new chapter on here every day until there are no more chapters to post and you on here will have to wait for updates just like everypony on FanFiction. :P But honestly, I'm actually pretty good about updating (so I've been told).
You could cheat and just go to FanFiction to read it, but what fun is there in that? :) Besides, the version on FanFiction has the occasional typo that I overlooked that bothered somepony, so if I were you guys, I would wait until the high quality versions of those chapters come out here. But you can cheat if you want. I don't really care, haha.:D
