Oh wow, I didn't think I'd use this thing

so the second chapter is up
it was originally going to be a whole heck longer, like a little over 1500 words altogether
but at that point I thought keeping all that in one chapter was a little silly, too bad too because I was hoping to introduce the main antagonist in the second chapter

It would be a shame to not proclaim "first" in honor of the one true ruler of Equestria.
