Great news my friends! Last night, I finished the rough draft of chapter 4 from Jeanne's story. I'm going to be starting the edit of chapter 1 and will be getting the story posted before too long. FYI, chapter 4 is also over 11,000 words, just like chapter 3, and the first clop/make-out scene turned out great! It takes up a good 3,000+ words of the chapter, easily. And "Then There Was You" is only just getting started!! Oh, and don't forget, you can check on the progress of Jeanne's story by checking out the "Jeanne's Sanctuary" section of my user page!
Now that Jeanne's story will soon be posted, that means Celestia will be returning to my focus! I've really missed working on her story and still am beside myself with how many of you enjoy it. Hopefully this time next week, I'll be well immersed in chapter 7 of her story, which is already outlined, I just need to start writing! I'm really looking forward to putting some overdue life back into "You Brighten My Day"!!

No need to feel bad. Jeanne in an OC I discovered several months ago. She is a beautiful Royal Guard mare with one heck of a personality. I've got more info about her in this blog: here. You can also see the progress of her story and art of her on the section I've dedicated to her on my user page. Oh and in my top favorites, you can find a story her creator wrote about her called "Accidents Happen.". It's the one that clinched my intrigue about writing a story of my own about her.

That is the plan and is why I'm focusing on Jeanne, Luna and Celestia's stories, but a number of writers work on multiple projects at once. Besides, you should never quash creativity when it strikes or force it out over other avenues when is simply isn't present there. In essence, you follow your muse whenever it strikes you, writing is a form of art after all and inspiration is its lifeblood.

You aren't alone, since I started working on "You Brighten My Day", Celestia has moved to and remained on the top of my list of favorite ponies. She's holding on to the number two spot and is still vying for number one!

To me, aside form ponies, video games are the best thing to ever happen to me. All the way form the SNES to the Xbox 360. Ya got a love 'um. And, yes I think your is the best of all of them(and there are a lot) on this site. Why, is it that hard to believe? Sorry I haven't had much of a chance to enjoy any more of your shorts. Work has had me really busy and the heat hasn't helped. I've been so tired as of late and it's even started affecting my writing, so I've been forced to step back more of this week than I wanted to. 
I should bounce back with some rest thankfully.

A very loving sentiment, I'm sure Jonas will feel very bonded to Nightmare Moon, but his love for her won't necessarily be secret or hidden. Still it was a very touching piece. Thank you for sharing just the same. When I have a chance I'll be sure to check out the other shorts.
