    Long time, no read?

For those of you who still visit this lovely little corner of the world wide web and whom are subscribed to my silly little profile, I'd like to inform you that I have been tentatively chipping away at the next chapter of Finding Faith, with some inspiration from a few fictions I've been meaning to read for over a year now and only just finished reading this past week.

It's scheduled for work in July :D I'm super excited, a special thanks to Haruka for taking this on, she's never done ponies before and I love her style.

    Update #1

    Update
Finding Faith - Chapter 1 has been updated.
Mainly just a fix regarding an inconsistency and to help make the character dialogue flow a bit better, content is mostly the same except for a chunk near the end.
Finding Faith - Chapter 2 has been updated.
Mostly just fixes to prepare later chapters and flow.

What can I say? Best non-pony is best pony.

You can meet Rosy Stripes in their fan-fiction: First Pony View and follow their desperate attempts to stay sane during their time of absolute crisis. Rosy has a fondness for Cessna's by the way. Or anything that can fly... and seemingly anything with an engine that goes faster than a human being.

Gosh... she's just so adorable! I want to cuddle her, even if I risk getting bitten or thumped upside the head by a hoof. Or magicked... or impaled by her horn... or even risking her bawling her eyes out, which would probably cause me to die of broken heart.

Hey this is pretty cool thing of you to do!

Maybe you could give Rosy a hug if you were exceedingly delicate about it, very open about your motives, and always ready to let go at the drop of a hat. You see, if Rosy so much as suspects that there's some *whistle whistle* on your mind...
Maybe you could try to strike up a discussion about airplanes to distract or placate Rosy, however.

^_^ I'd have posted it on my website blog but for some reason the SQL database doesn't like any of the links *harumphs*

Be all tentative like, I've been told I'm a good hugger! Good thing I don't go around thinking sexual things about anything the opposite gender then haha I think she and I would get along quite nicely, a male human with a libido most similar to her own. Though I don't know jack about planes >.> they uhhh... have engines, and wings, and break the laws of gravity? *Shrugs sheepishly feeling rather out of his depth* I think I'll stick to writing and programming, those make more sense to me! :ajsleepy:

That's great! The non-sexual hug, I mean. I believe Rosy would need a friend whom he can trust .

Planes are cool, though. I never flown a real plane, but I did play Microsoft Flight Simulator a lot about ten years ago. Yeah, just flying from airport to another while watching the land from above. It was unusually fascinating, and greatly contrasted with the otherwise action-packed games I played back then. A breather from all the frequent explosions, horizontal bullet rain, and a seemingly permanent adrenaline rush. What can I say, Battlefield had me hooked. Ironically, I sucked at flying planes in that game :rainbowlaugh:.

1151810 I was playing a 1500 ticket game of BF3 on Metro, 64 players... we were all joking in TeamSpeak that it was literally raining molten lead due to all the heavy LMG fire being spammed across the map. I love BF3 for that... but I agree there's something just so tranquil about flying, I love playing on Conquest maps and flying the Little Bird or Z11-W... Also when I was younger to take a break from all the guns and bombs I used to play a game from my childhood, Croc Legend of the Gobbos, I still have the game since I love it so much hehe.

Speaking of tranquil moments, I discovered an exploit in GTA:SA that disabled all traffic. Since the traffic was plain crazy, I found this emptiness very soothing, as I was now free to drive any vehicle at my leisure without fearing superfast trucks and buses on the highway. Seriously, a bus shuldn't be able to overtake a sports car going at top speed. I was once rear-ended by a forklift! Can you believe that?

Anyhow, it's been years since I played GTA:SA (and Battlefield). I'm currently using my video game hours on one hundred perecenting GTA4 and its episodes. GTAV is going to be epic! Also, it has planes, and one thing I'm sure to eventully do is take to the skies and enoy the scenery with only the planes engine as music.

1153866 You sir, have dedication if you aim to complete that 100% I simply could not be bothered.

But good for you for having the drive and passion to do so

I almost gave up on 100% GTA4 when I discovered that I was 98,33% complete after seemingly having done everything. I soon figured out that I had ONE activity left to do with an in-game friend. Much frustration was experienced as I took him to a diner, then a bar, played pool etc. Fortunately, it was just one hour of extra gameplay. I would've preferred the game to be complete after the final mission, but, oh well...

Aww, this post by itself got me to put First Pony View on my read later list >w< (I added it a few days ago but only now came back to comment; yay necroposting! sorry dear if I exploded your notifications >.<)

Rosy Stripes does look rather cute from that picture ^//^; I certainly wouldn't give them a hug unless they wanted it though, knowing how upsetting an unsolicited touch can feel.
